Underground electrical service, cut in without disrupting the property
85 Brook St is a multi-unit office building in need of a new underground electrical service run to the building. The existing service needed to be replaced below grade, which meant working carefully around an occupied building, a public sidewalk, and established landscaping.
Our crew saw-cut the pavement along the service route, hand- and machine-excavated a trench down to the foundation, and laid new rigid conduit for the underground electrical service before backfilling and restoring the surface.
